All orders go out within 48 hrs after receiving the payment or authorisation of
our billing server. You will receive an email confirmation after we have received
the order. In your personal
"order history" you can check the status of the payment to see when
the package
went out.
- Packages will be shipped in neutral, solid boxes wrapped in discreet brown paper surrounded by
tape with no advertising with a neutral and discreet sender's address.
- In the EU your parcel will be delivered by a private courier and in the USA
by regular mail or UPS which normally delivers on time, exceptions possible so delivery time speculative.
- Please fill in your exact details, so we are able to process your order the fastest way possible. Therefore we do need the correct address and zip/postal code!
